If you are a buyer, you will be wiring your down payment money just before closing day. If you are a seller, you may be receiving funds from the sale that will be wired into your account.

Where the money is going or where it is coming to should ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS be confirmed over the phone!

Your Title/Escrow company will be the ONLY ones that communicate this information. NOT ME.

I have heard horror stories of someone changing one letter of an agents email and asking the buyer to wire their money to a new location. Since it looks so close to their agents email they did it and lost it all!
